We are seeking an Assistant Regional Field Service Manager to support the Regional Field Service Manager in the Central Region of the United States. This role will have an initial focus on data center projects and supporting the Central’s field service staff. This position can be based remotely within the Central Region of the United States. You’ll make an impact as you: Work closely with the east region resource manager to assure the field service strategy is executed across all Central region customer sites. Supervise and enforce EH&S procedures and foster a strong safety culture. Plan and maintain schedules of assigned field resources. Ensure proper information is turned over to the field to efficiently execute work. Act as the first level of support for field technical issues. Ensure the team accurately completes all required documentation weekly or per due dates. Perform periodic checks of field work to ensure high quality of work and identify potential productivity opportunities. Track and ensure proper safety training and personnel safety equipment for all team members. Conduct regular meetings with all field personnel to share company information and drive a sense of community belonging. Provide feedback to all field personnel regarding performance, quality, and productivity issues. Ensure proper communication between the customer, field service engineers, and project management. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of field service experience with low/medium voltage power distribution equipment. Valid US Driver’s License. Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% domestically. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering. Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent. Effective communication and presentation skills across varied audiences.
