About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads
Create and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Plan and execute programmatic display and retargeting campaigns through DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk
Conduct A/B tests and landing page optimizations to improve conversion rates
Monitor key performance indicators (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and generate regular performance reports
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and messaging
Manage campaign budgets, bids, and audience targeting strategies
Stay current with digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices in the UAE market
Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural considerations

Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Proven expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar reporting tools
Deep understanding of bidding strategies, budget management, and attribution modeling
Experience in conducting A/B tests and conversion rate optimization
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
