About the Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer based in Dubai with 4–7 years of experience to design, analyze, and oversee mechanical systems for industrial and commercial projects. This role involves applying advanced mechanical design principles, performing finite element analysis, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities:
Develop and refine mechanical designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and MATLAB simulations to validate structural integrity and performance
Design and optimize HVAC systems, piping layouts, and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality control standards
Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specification sheets
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local codes and standards
Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
4–7 years of mechanical engineering experience in design and analysis
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 2D/3D modeling
Hands-on experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools
Strong MATLAB skills for simulation and data analysis
Practical knowledge of HVAC system design and implementation
Experience with manufacturing processes and production workflows
Ability to create and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
Demonstrated project management capabilities
Experience in quality control procedures and root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other industry standards
Experience in the oil & gas or construction sectors
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Arabic language proficiency
Advanced FEA or MATLAB tool certifications
