About the Role:
As an early-career Architect in Dubai, you will collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop innovative architectural designs, produce detailed technical drawings, and support project execution from concept through construction. You will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard software and contribute to iconic projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs in line with client briefs and local regulations
Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD
Build and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for project coordination
Produce 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp and other modeling software
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility
Support project management activities, including scheduling and resource tracking
Assist in site visits and construction management tasks to monitor progress and quality
Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and sustainability standards

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
0-1 years of professional architectural experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Experience with 3D modeling software
Basic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
Understanding of construction management and project management principles
Familiarity with Dubai building codes and regulations
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or prior exposure to architectural firms in Dubai
Experience with Revit or other advanced BIM software
Knowledge of sustainable and green building design practices
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Membership or certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., Dubai Municipality)
