Champion a positive, inclusive employee experience, with consistent and engaging onboarding journeys. Bring development to life by coordinating training, tracking impact, and helping build clear, motivating career pathways. Partner closely with managers on performance, career conversations, and high‑performing teams. Lead and support end‑to‑end recruitment across the North & East regions, Early Careers, and global mobility. Own data quality and insight—maintaining accurate HR records, supporting KPI reporting. Contribute to competitive reward practices, including benchmarking and quarterly recognition initiatives. Drive continuous improvement through HR process enhancements, audit follow‑ups, and compliance activities. Play a key role in annual HR cycles, regional and global projects, while building strong, trusted employee relationships. To succeed, you will need Strong experience delivering HR operational support in a fast-paced, changing environment. CIPD qualified (full/part) or working towards it. Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments (preferred). Strong talent management background across development, training, and resourcing. Confident user of HR systems with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Thrives in complex, matrix organisations. Empathetic communicator with a commercially focused mindset.Self-motivated and independent, with good judgement on when to seek support. Highly organised, able to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Detail-driven, reliable, and consistently delivers accurate, timely outcomes. Collaborative team player committed to continuous learning.
