Your role We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team, supporting industry-leading process cooling equipment across the South. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers’ systems operate reliably, efficiently, and safely, while delivering an outstanding service experience. This is a field-based position with regular travel to customer sites, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with advanced technologies across a range of industries. Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on process cooling equipment Diagnosing and resolving faults, particularly relating to chiller performance Installing, commissioning, and starting up new equipment Completing accurate service reports and maintaining detailed documentation Supporting customers with clear communication and technical advice Ensuring compliance with safety standards and F-Gas regulations Promoting safe working practices and using appropriate PPE Keeping up to date with refrigeration systems, controls, and automation Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team Supporting occasional overtime or emergency call-outs when required To succeed, you will need We recognise that great candidates don’t always meet every requirement, so if you have relevant experience and a willingness to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.
