Key Responsibilities:
Workshop Operations & Supervision
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the MEP workshop, ensuring smooth execution of fabrication, assembly, and repair works.
- Lead a team of 60 labourers and multiple MEP supervisors to meet project requirements.
- Oversee the proper functioning and utilization of workshop machines, tools, and equipment.
Team Leadership & Labor Management
- Assign tasks and ensure proper workflow among technicians, welders, electricians, and plumbers.
- Train and mentor workers to improve efficiency and technical skills.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline within the workshop.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all fabricated MEP components meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of MEP systems before dispatch.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, UAE labour laws, and company policies.
Material & Inventory Management
- Maintain and track stock levels of materials, tools, and spare parts.

Machine & Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure all workshop machines and tools are properly maintained and serviced.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEP workshop management, handling large labour teams and machines.

- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in MEP fabrication, electrical panels, ducting, plumbing, welding, and assembly.
