To supervise welding and fabrication activities for structural & piping projects
To plan daily work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements
To prepare BOQ, work planning, and progress tracking reports
To ensure welding quality as per approved procedures and standards
To conduct QC inspections, fit-up checks, and dimensional verification
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
To coordinate with production, QC, and site teams for smooth execution
To monitor welding safety practices and workshop discipline
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD and fabrication drawings
Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, ARC, and FCAW welding processes
Experience in structural fabrication, piping works, QC & inspection
Good communication, supervision, and reporting skills
