Job Description Pharmacist In-Charge is responsible for handling import and export permits, supporting regulatory activities (MOH submissions, registration, renewals, and regulatory reminders), and ensuring warehouse compliance and proper handling of medical equipment.
Job Responsibilities Support regulatory activities, including MOH submissions, dossier preparation, product classification, registration, renewals, follow-ups, regulatory reminders, and coordination with relevant authorities.
Handle MOH import and export permits for medical products, ensuring timely approvals and full compliance.
Handle renewal of MOH licenses and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as the MOH-licensed point of contact for inspections, ensuring full readiness for MOH inspections and maintaining all related licenses.
Maintain strong working relationships with MOH import/export officers and ensure smooth communication with authorities.
Communicate directly with manufacturers to obtain required regulatory and importation documents.
Ensure warehouse compliance, ensuring storage of medical equipment and consumables meets MOH standards and approved specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Customer Success, and Biomedical teams, to provide required documents, licenses, and certificates.
Prepare monthly reports on import/export permits progress and overall regulatory status.
Ensure smooth warehouse operations when required.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor in Pharmaceutical science MOH License Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse Required Skills Excellent follow-up skills Time Management skills Very good communication skills (oral & written), and ability to work well in a team Patient, friendly, tactful and well presented Good computer skills (MS.
