Job Description:
Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and drink options, and provide recommendations. Maintain a clean dining environment, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns quickly.
Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service during the dinner show. Assist with setup and breakdown of the event to maintain a seamless dining experience.
Process transactions accurately and resolve any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
40 years old below
At least 1 year experience in previous fine dining or high-end restaurant experience is preferred; dinner show experience is a plus
Training in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service in fine dining and entertainment environments, with a strong focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Skilled in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving, with solid knowledge of fine dining etiquette and menu offerings.
