We’re looking for a Video Content Intern who can help us create high-quality, engaging video content for GFS Developments. This role is hands-on — from shooting on-site to editing content for social media.


If you understand what works on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and real estate marketing creatives, this will be a strong learning opportunity.


What You’ll Do


  • Shoot video content at project sites, office, and events
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
  • Assist in creating property walkthrough videos and promotional content
  • Add subtitles, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics
  • Work closely with the marketing team on content ideas and execution
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads)

What We’re Looking For


  • Basic experience in video shooting and editing
  • Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
  • Understanding of social media content trends
  • Good sense of framing, lighting, and storytelling
  • Fast learner with attention to detail
  • Willingness to be on-site and shoot regularly
