About the Role

THE TWELVE GATE REAL ESTATE is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our media team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, cinematic videos that showcase our luxury property portfolio, neighborhood walkthroughs, and corporate branding campaigns. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to produce engaging visual stories optimized for all digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, cinematic property tours and corporate promotional videos.
• Create high-retention short-form vertical content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Perform professional color grading, color correction, and seamless visual transitions.
• Execute high-quality sound design, audio mixing, and background music selection.
• Integrate dynamic typography, motion graphics, lower thirds, and subtle visual effects.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure all video assets align with brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain a structured library of raw footage, project files, and final renders.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, pacing styles, and social media algorithms.

Requirements & Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within real estate or media agencies.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A strong, diverse showreel or portfolio demonstrating advanced storytelling and sound design skills.
• Deep understanding of pacing, visual continuity, framing, and modern editing styles.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Strong assets include bilingual communication (Arabic and English), basic knowledge of camera operation, drone footage editing, and familiarity with AI workflow optimization tools.(preferred).
