Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE FTA regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings, reconciliations, and reporting
• Handle VAT audits, assessments, and queries from tax authorities
• Provide tax advisory support on real estate transactions and structuring
• Analyse VAT implications on property sales, leasing, and development activities
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure ongoing compliance
• Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure tax-efficient processes
Key Requirements
• 7–8 years of experience as a Tax / VAT Specialist
• Mandatory experience in the real estate sector
• In-depth understanding of UAE Tax and VAT regulations
• Professional qualification: CA or ACCA (mandatory)
• Strong experience handling VAT audits and compliance processes
• Ability to interpret complex tax scenarios and provide practical solutions
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
