Responsibilities: Managing the household, including planning and overseeing regular services and deliveries.
Serving meals, snacks, tea, canapés, cocktails, and other food and beverage items.
Handling correspondence (visiting post offices, processing returns, receiving deliveries).
Keeping records and conducting the inventory of household purchases.
Assisting with packing and unpacking parcels.
Organizing and managing household supplies, closets, and storage areas.
Greeting and welcoming all guests to the home.
Running errands, grocery shopping, placing online orders, etc.
Acting as a point of contact in emergencies, inspecting and securing the property, informing management, security services, and law enforcement.
Sourcing the best prices and purchasing necessary household goods.
Monitoring and reporting on household budgets and expenses.
