Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a passion for meeting sales targets.


  • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience
  • Fluent in English and [add regional language if needed – e.g., Hindi, English, telegu,Tamil,Kanadda ]
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation
  • Comfortable working with targets and CRM tools
  • Prior experience in Forex, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech is a plus

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, warm prospects, or existing clients
  • Present products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone
  • Generate sales leads and follow up via calls, WhatsApp, or email
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing/sales team to optimize conversions
  • Provide basic after-sales support and handle objections professionally
