Budget: AED 13K per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise in customization, development, and system integrations.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs, and delivering high-quality ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
•Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents (FDDs).
•Configure modules such as: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing (preferred)
•Lead CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and client training sessions.
•Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
•Create user manuals and process documentation.
Technical Responsibilities
•Develop and customize solutions using AL language.
•Create extensions, reports, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
•Work on API integrations with third-party systems.
•Manage data migration using configuration packages and tools.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
•Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•3–6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.
•Strong knowledge of core modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
•Experience in:
oAL development
oReport customization (RDLC/Word layouts)
oWeb services & APIs
oData migration & integration
•Understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
•Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
•Prior exposure to multi-country implementations.
•Microsoft certifications in Business Central.
