Technician

Job Summary: 

This role focuses on the preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial equipment, utilizing technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities: 

• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Responsible for maintaining industrial shutter doors (automatic and manual), cleaning machines, electrical forklifts & diesel forklifts for all Julphar plants.
• Reports discovered technical faults/ safety risks & follow safety during work.
• Responsible for Preventive/ Breakdown Maintenance.
• Reads and follows maintenance SOP’s.
• Maintains all the Manuals, Drawings and Specifications of each related equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged parts/components.
• Follow the implemented quality system & safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to avoid production interruption.

Core Qualifications & Experience:

• Education & Experience: Diploma or technical certificate in Electromechanical Engineering with 5+ years of maintenance experience specializing in forklifts (all types), industrial shutter doors, and cleaning equipment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, supported by a solid understanding of cGMP and data integrity principles.
• Communication: Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong documentation and reporting skills.
