We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Sales Manager – Waterproofing & Flooring for the ENERCON Group to support our business growth strategy. This role plays a pivotal role in the Sales and growth of the business, with high chances of professional development. This role will be responsible for meeting the sales targets and will provide technical support and guidance to clients. A few of the key day-to-day work requirements are as under;
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for the Technical Sales Manager position should possess a degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, along with at least three years of proven sales experience within the waterproofing industry. Must have proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and strong problem-solving skills. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage key initiatives. A solid understanding of the competitors and prevailing sales practices across the Middle East region is also required.
