Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead global infrastructure transformation initiatives across core technology domains. This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into executable roadmaps and delivering complex programs end‑to‑end, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and operational readiness.



This is a hands‑on, technically credible role, suited to a leader who understands infrastructure technologies and can drive execution beyond traditional project management process.



Job Description:

The Technical Program Manager is accountable for defining, coordinating, and delivering large‑scale infrastructure programs. Working closely with platform owners, architecture, operations, security, and vendors, the role ensures strategy is converted into practical, achievable outcomes.



Key Responsibilities

Program & Transformation Leadership



  • Own and deliver global infrastructure transformation programs across multiple domains
  • Comprehend and interpret strategic vision, objectives, and target‑state architectures
  • Define end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps, including migrations and platform transitions

End‑to‑End Delivery



  • Manage the full project lifecycle across multiple workstreams:
    • Planning and execution
    • Migrations and technology switches
    • Deployment and rollout
    • Risk, issue, and dependency management
  • Coordinate cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure delivery success

Vendor & Procurement Management



  • Lead or support RFP processes and vendor evaluations
  • Oversee procurement of hardware and infrastructure platforms where required
  • Manage vendor delivery, risks, and commercial considerations

Execution & Adoption



  • Ensure solutions are delivered successfully into operations
  • Drive smooth global rollouts with minimal disruption
  • Balance scope, time, cost, and technical quality to achieve desired outcomes
Technical Environment
  • Microsoft‑centric environment
  • Azure cloud platform
  • VMware virtualization
  • Windows‑based infrastructure
  • Citrix for desktop and application delivery
  • Hybrid landscape with on‑prem data centres and cloud services
Required Experience & Profile
  • 10+ years experience delivering complex infrastructure initiatives or transformations
  • 3+ years experience leading programs or large multi‑project environments
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Ability to translate technology strategy into clear action plans and roadmaps
  • Pragmatic, solution‑driven, and autonomous
