Black & Grey HR is partnering with one of the UAE's established construction and infrastructure companies to hire a Technical Manager - Fit out & Joinery. This role is crucial in overseeing the technical delivery of high-end fit out and joinery projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with design teams to align technical specifications.
- Offer expert-level guidance on fit out and joinery materials, techniques, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in fit out and joinery to drive continuous improvement


Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in interior design within the fit out industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and technical accuracy.
