Job description
Manage and monitor the design, corodination, Quality Assurance and documentation of all the technical/engineering work of the company.
- Direct, Plan and Coordinate all aspects of department operations, such as quality control, design review, progress and performance.
- Direct Preparing the Method statements (MSRA, ITP, & RA), O&M, compliance statement of material submittals & technical
presentations to Clients and Consultants.
- Direct reviewing all the technical submittals for the projects not limited to shop drawings (GA & IFC).
- Resolve the site/execution technical issues.
- Communicate with Contractors, Suppliers, and Consultants in order to secure all approvals prior to the execution.
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
- Arranging required reports (such as: daily & monthly).
Skills
- Degree qualified or higher in engineering field.
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent practitioner of Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of CAD/REVIT, PDF, & ACONEX.
- Preferred experience in waterproofing, protective coatings & EIFS activities.
- Initiative – ability to work with minimum supervision and make suggestions best practice and improving current processes and
procedures
- Teamwork – willingly cooperate with the others and lead a team towards the same goals and objectives
- Communication skills – effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Time Management – able to prioritise, plan ahead and achieve objectives within set timescales
