Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Analyze product failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare detailed failure analysis and reliability reports
  • Maintain and update reliability control databases documenting product success and failure history
  • Apply statistical methods (e.g., linear regression, standard deviation) to assess compliance with reliability performance requirements
  • Participate in design reviews for new products and evaluate proposed design changes impacting product baseline data
  • Prepare reliability sections of technical proposals, including manpower estimates and schedules
  • Review preliminary reports, waivers, deviations, and engineering change proposals to ensure compliance with contractual and reliability requirements
