Bayt.com is looking for a highly motivated Tech Licensing Specialist with excellent negotiation- and listening skills to join our Sales Team. Your main responsibility will be to guide qualified leads from the business development team through the sales process, from running a demo to closing the deal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Consistently build a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Communicate fluently in Arabic to effectively engage with clients.
  • Drive growth in the Tech Licensing product portfolio by assessing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement through to training and post-sale support.
  • Deliver service aligned with Talentera's core values and customer promise.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling by fostering long-term client relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Effectively grow and manage a portfolio of 100-120 assigned clients using both transactional and consultative selling strategies.
  • Achieve a minimum of 95% client coverage through regular in-person and telephonic meetings.
  • Conduct compelling online product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients, with a strong focus on retention.
  • Address client complaints promptly and resolve issues to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Sustain and increase transaction volumes and revenue from your assigned customer database.
