Process survey data for tenders or from projects into grid models and other usable survey formats
Produce timely and accurate survey data drawings, survey data cross-section, actual and theoretical volume calculations that meet the requirements
Produce supporting documents of preliminary, weekly, interim and final dredging and reclamation based on survey results
Prepare work designs based on provided design information or construction drawings. Keeps updates of changes during execution of project
Get familiarized with all survey aspects and techniques, office and project based
Installation and troubleshooting of survey equipment, hardware and software will be an asset
Report and escalate to Head of Survey on project critical issues as needed
Work according to defined policies and procedures for effective, efficient and professional functioning of the survey division
Work according to the QA/HSE requirements and procedures
Work area is NMDC Base and NMDC projects
Advanced proficiency in GIS and CAD software
Strong knowledge of survey data processing techniques
Experience with data management systems
Team player, flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization
Able to adequately solve problems or disputes
Take ownership of own objectives agreed upon and the objectives for subordinates
Ensure visibility of achieved results and performance for the entire team of subordinates
Investigates, understands and responds to the customer needs (internal and/or external)

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels
Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrography, Marine or Land Survey, Geodetic Engineering, or equivalent
Certification / Membership: Additional certifications and affiliations in Survey would be beneficial
Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering,Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 06 years' experience of Marine/
Infrastructure works, in related industries
