Structural Engineer-Civil

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of various civil engineering projects. The Civil Structural Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work on projects ranging from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure and industrial structures.

1. Structural Design and Analysis:
   

   
   
   • Conduct structural analysis and design for various civil engineering projects using industry-standard software and methodologies.
     
   • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
     
   • Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications.
     

2. Project Management:
   

   
   
   • Collaborate with architects, other engineers, and project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
     
   • Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
     
   • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
     

3. Quality Assurance:
   

   
   
   • Perform quality checks on structural designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
     
   • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
     

4. Site Inspections:
   

   
   
   • Conduct site inspections to assess existing conditions and ensure that construction is in accordance with approved designs.
     
   • Address and resolve any structural issues that may arise during construction.
     

5. Client Interaction:
   

   
   
   • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
     
   • Address client feedback and incorporate changes as necessary.
     

6. Technical Research:
   

   
   
   • Stay current with advancements in structural engineering and construction technology.
     
   • Conduct research to identify innovative and cost-effective solutions for structural challenges.
     

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
  
• Proficiency in structural design software 
  
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
