Receive and inspect all incoming materials (glass, aluminum profiles, accessories, etc.).
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software.
Issue materials to fabrication and installation teams based on job requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
Ensure safe storage and labeling of materials, especially fragile glass items.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for reordering.
Track tools and equipment issued to workers and maintain return logs.
Communicate with suppliers and transporters for timely delivery of materials.
Follow safety procedures in handling and storing all materials.
