A little bit about talabat
talabat is the leading online food and groceries ordering platform in MENA, operating in 9 countries across the region. Founded in 2004 by a small group of entrepreneurs in Kuwait, talabat’s success expanded to the rest of the GCC region, Egypt & Jordan, making it the largest and most popular food ordering app. With over 2,000+ employees and millions of users, we deliver hundreds of thousands of orders every day. We are part of the Delivery Hero network building the next generation of online delivery platforms across the globe. Our network is truly international with engineering teams in 13 countries and operations in 40+ countries.
The Role
We are seeking high-caliber Sr. Product Managers to lead the newly formed Global Qcommerce Hub squads. Build Locally, Impact Globally.
At the Global Tech Hub for Delivery Hero, talabat will lead the mission to bridge the gap between regional innovation and global standards. You'll be part of the Delivery Hero central product team with a physical presence in Dubai, working directly with Berlin-based domain teams and stakeholders across 70+ countries. We are looking for builders who want to own the entire product lifecycle and create systems that are built for world-class reach.
In a DMarts network spanning 500+ stores and 1M+ SKUs, your mission is to build the intelligence layers that take our operations to the next level across both Category Management and Store Management. You'll design core decision platforms that automate assortment, pricing, store operations, merchandising, and availability at scale - driving measurable impact across all global markets.
Your Impact
Product Vision: Define the end-to-end roadmap for platforms spanning SKU lifecycle management, pricing, store operations, merchandising, and availability
Product Discovery: Own the problem space. Frame problems clearly, leverage data to validate assumptions, run structured discovery with operational users, and make prioritisation calls grounded in evidence
Architecture & Integration: Shape the product architecture to integrate with global microservices - partnering with engineering on API design, data flows, and system boundaries across catalog, pricing, supply chain, and store operations systems.
0-to-1 Development: Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, data scientists, and designers to move from foundational architecture to a production AI-powered user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap: Set the direction for workflows balancing near-term automation wins with longer-term AI capabilities.
Technical Partnership: Collaborate with engineering on API designs, service architectures, and data pipeline integrity.
User Discovery: Proactively engage with end users and teams to identify unserved operational needs and validate where automation and AI can remove the most friction.
Execution: Co-own timelines with engineering, making pragmatic trade-off calls to ship high-quality incremental slices.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with Central Berlin teams and regional commercial leads to align on global execution and adoption.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Builder: 5+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products whether consumer-facing, internal tools, B2B platforms, or decision-support systems. Retail, supply chain, or marketplace domain experience is a strong plus.
Expert Communicator: Translates complex business needs into clear requirements and effectively manages senior stakeholder expectations across central and regional teams.
Autonomous Ownership: You define direction, make trade-off calls, and take accountability for outcomes.
AI-Fluent: You don't build models but you understand how to leverage AI, ML, and LLMs to make sharp product decisions and deliver real user value.
Technically Proficient: Comfortable discussing ML model inputs/outputs and recommendation engines with senior engineers.
Ambiguity Navigator: Thrives in fast-paced, 0-to-1 environments and can maintain delivery momentum across multiple global markets.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
