  • Commercial Excellence: Translate high-level strategy into precise requirements, leveraging automation to enable actionable decisions for teams managing massive SKU volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap: Set the direction for assortment and pricing workflows balancing near-term automation wins with longer-term AI capabilities..

  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate with engineering on API designs, catalog service architectures, and data pipeline integrity.

  • User Discovery: Proactively engage with Category Managers to identify and solve unserved operational needs and validate where AI can remove the most friction.

  • Execution: Co-own timelines with engineering, making pragmatic trade-off calls to ship high-quality incremental slices.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Central and Regional Category Leads to align on global execution and adoption.

What you need to be successful

What we’re looking for

  • Experienced Leader: 5+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of shipping data-driven internal tools or decision-support platforms.

  • Technically Proficient: Comfortable discussing ML model inputs/outputs and recommendation engines with senior engineers.

  • Ambiguity Navigator: Thrives in fast-paced, 0-to-1 environments and can maintain delivery momentum across multiple global markets.
