Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to prepare comprehensive cost plans.
Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather project information and obtain competitive pricing.
Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain a cost database for historical project benchmarking and pricing intelligence.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and commercial teams to develop value engineering options and cost-saving alternatives.
Participate in tender reviews, bid strategies, and client presentations.

Lead and mentor junior estimators and support staff as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in estimating, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Candy, Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local market pricing, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
