Responsible for pricing strategy across multiple markets (regional scope) within Grocery & Retail vertical, including customer behavior analysis, market monitoring, and performance tracking. Drives growth through tailored monetization, A/B testing, demand optimization, and close stakeholder collaboration.
Customer Behavior Analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct comprehensive customer behavior and price sensitivity analysis
Market Environment Monitoring: Proactively monitor the market environment, including the competitive landscape, legal and economic factors, and international best practices
Customized Pricing Strategies: Develop and execute pricing strategies tailored for different markets and verticals, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, driving order growth, and maximizing profit through capturing customers willingness to pay including identifying new opportunities for monetization & growth
New Feature Evaluation: Evaluate the potential of new features and support their deployment in markets to enhance product offerings
Performance Tracking: Continuously track order revenue and customer metrics, ensuring adherence to budget targets and implementing strategies to exceed them
Demand Management: Improve customer experience by optimizing demand management and enhancing supply and demand efficiency
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B testing experiments, analyze results, and formulate actionable recommendations based on the findings
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; STEM or Economics backgrounds are highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in tech start-ups, consultancy, or pricing-related positions
Demonstrated strong business acumen and a solid foundation in statistics
Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of solving complex problems using large and diverse datasets
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and processes to diverse audiences across various markets and cross-functional teams
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with SQL is required to excel in this role
