We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Specialist – Props to support the successful execution of television, theatrical, and broadcast productions. The role is responsible for managing, preparing, maintaining, and organizing props, furniture, accessories, and set materials to ensure they align with production requirements and artistic direction.
The Specialist – Props will oversee the receipt, storage, inventory management, and safe handling of props and set design materials across studio and external storage locations. The role also supports production operations by coordinating with internal teams, external suppliers, and technical staff to ensure all props are available, functional, and production-ready.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting periodic stock checks, preparing storage and inspection reports, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and organization, and adhering to all safety and security standards. The role also supports the smooth movement and documentation of materials while ensuring proper preservation and maintenance of props and equipment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, technically skilled, and capable of working in fast-paced production environments while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
