Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
• implementing the RTA’s committees/teams' system, including policies, models, and mechanisms as per senior leadership directions.• Coordinate with concerned units to apply the committee system across the RTA and provide status inputs.• Prepare and review draft administrative decisions of RTA and joint committees for alignment with legislation, policies, and procedures.• Compile data and materials for studies on committees/teams and structures with agencies and sectors to address management directions and work requirements.• Prepare structured study summaries and attachments for submission to leadership.• reviewing draft administrative circulars to confirm conformance with approved legislation, policies, and procedures.• Share committee-governance concepts and support their practical application at the committee level.Operations• activating and implementing committees’ administrative decisions against approved regulations and policies.• Prepare implementation outcomes at a summary level to confirm compatibility with RTA objectives.• executing decisions by RTA representatives in external government committees with executive directors’ offices and units.• Operate the electronic follow-up system for RTA committees and representatives; keep records current and integrated.• Implement development projects related to corporate committees' governance within RTA.Product/Process Improvement
• Prepare, coordinate, and apply performance-evaluation plans for committees and teams.• Submit periodic performance reports on committees and teams.• Maintain and update databases for RTA and joint committees, and representatives in external committees.• Operate and continuously update the unified central platform for committee data.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration
Experience
3+ years in case of Master’s degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree)
