We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Clinical Pathologist to join our hospitals in UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
This role involves working closely with clinicians to provide accurate and timely pathological diagnoses that guide patient management.
The successful candidate will operate within a modern laboratory environment and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities Perform and interpret a wide range of clinical pathology tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics.
Provide accurate pathological diagnoses and reports to support clinical decision-making.
Collaborate with medical staff to discuss and interpret laboratory results in the context of patient care.
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control protocols and safety standards.
Participate in laboratory management, including training junior staff and maintaining equipment.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits to optimize laboratory services.
Stay updated with advances in clinical pathology and implement best practices accordingly.
