The ideal candidate will be passionate and with hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and executing marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: ·         Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) ·         Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with the brand tone ·         Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations ·         Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand and business goals ·         Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all channels ·         Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activity, particularly within the hospitality and F&B industry ·         Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to promote new menu launches, seasonal events, and guest experiences ·         Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for professional shoots.
