At IRTH we are seeking an experienced Site Structural Engineer to join our project team for high‑rise residential and/or hospitality developments in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in structural works, excellent knowledge of Dubai authority requirements, and proven experience in reviewing structural submittals and conducting site inspections.

Key Responsibilities Review structural shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and structural calculations for compliance with project specifications, DBC, ACI, BS, and authority standards.
Conduct daily site inspections for all structural activities including shoring, piling, foundations, columns, slabs, shear walls, and core structures.
Verify reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural steel elements as per approved drawings.
Issue and follow up on NCRs, SORs, and site observations.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, quality, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality, DDA/Trakhees, Civil Defense, and project HSE requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
Consultancy experience is mandatory Minimum 12 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai.
Strong background in high‑rise residential and/or hotel projects.
Proven experience in structural submittals (shop drawings, material ,test reports ,etc.
) review and site structural inspections.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai Building Code, ACI, BS, and relevant international standards.
Familiar with structure design programs ,CAD ,and Revit Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
