Job description

The Site Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and project management expertise to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth operations on-site. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  2. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  5. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
  6. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  7. Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  8. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and cost overruns.
  9. Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with team members.
  10. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability practices throughout the project lifecycle.
