This role focuses on developing advanced simulation environments, digital twins, and virtual testing frameworks that support robotics development, autonomy validation, and system performance optimization. You will work at the intersection of simulation engineering, game engine development, and robotics software.
Strong experience in simulation and/or game development, with proficiency in C#, C++, and Python, following best coding practices.
Hands‑on experience integrating Unreal Engine, Unity, or NVIDIA Omniverse with robotics systems.
Ability to create and manipulate 3D models, build virtual worlds, and design realistic robotic scenarios.
Comfortable working in Linux environments and using Docker and Git.
Proactive, hands‑on, and collaborative team player.
Skilled in optimizing and improving existing simulation or robotics solutions.
Experience working with digital twin technologies.
Strong debugging skills, with the ability to identify, measure, and resolve performance bottlenecks and functional issues.
Capable of producing clear, accurate technical documentation, including user guides, specifications, tutorials, and release notes.
Active contributor in software design discussions and cross‑functional development activities.
Familiarity with ROS1/2, Gazebo, and Rviz.
Understanding of sensors, actuators, and algorithmic components used in robotics autonomy.
Experience with hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and software‑in‑the‑loop (SIL) simulation.
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, sensor modeling, control systems, or stochastic systems.
Experience with simulation platforms such as V‑REP, Autoware, or CARLA.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with serial communication (CAN, Ethernet).
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the robotics domain.
Enthusiasm for solving new challenges and acquiring new technical skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
