Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide customers to the appropriate service advisor or technician for prompt assistance.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to understand required repairs, suggest alternatives, and provide customers with cost-effective options.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes and ensure technical clarifications are delivered clearly and accurately.
  • Educate customers on cost-saving opportunities, warranty coverage, and available protection plans.
  • Support customers in making informed decisions—whether to proceed with repairs through the dealership or consider a vehicle trade-in.
  • Manage daily service center operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and service follow-ups.
  • Keep customers updated on service progress, any unexpected changes, and notify them promptly when their vehicle is ready for collection.
