About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President – Development to lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects. The role involves driving project strategy, overseeing planning and execution, and ensuring delivery of high-quality developments aligned with business objectives, market demand, and financial targets.


Key Responsibilities
Development Strategy & LeadershipDefine and drive development strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Lead project positioning, concept development, and market alignment.Identify growth opportunities and expand the development portfolio.Ensure alignment with long-term organizational goals and investment strategies.
Project Development & ExecutionOversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate with planning, design, construction, and sales teams.Drive efficient execution and risk management across all project phases.
Financial & Commercial ManagementLead feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis.Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.Optimize returns through effective cost management and value engineering.Support funding strategies and capital allocation decisions.
Stakeholder & Authority ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.Liaise with investors, partners, consultants, and contractors.Ensure compliance with local regulations and approval processes.Represent the organization in high-level negotiations and discussions.
Design & Product Development OversightEnsure development concepts align with market trends and customer expectations.Oversee design quality, functionality, and innovation.Collaborate with master planning and design teams for integrated development.Ensure projects meet brand standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.15+ years of experience in real estate development, with leadership experience in large-scale projects.Proven track record in delivering high-value residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
