Develop, design, and implement comprehensive training and development programs for the employees in coordination with organizational units, conduct studies to identify training needs and analyze skills gaps, develop professional development, programs and introduce specialized development initiatives in accordance with best practices. Responsibilities also include updating regulations and methodologies governing training and development processes, scholarships, and professional qualification programs, contributing to update strategic plans and objectives related to human resources training and development. In addition, the role involves planning and designing all training programs, preparing the summer training plan, and developing and updating systems and standards for measuring training effectiveness based on relevant results and performance indicators.
Academic Qualification and Years of Experience:Bachelor’s degree (8 years of experience) / Master’s degree (6 years of work experience).
Specialization:Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
