KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  •          Review EA processes and documents to ensure alignment with RTA’s strategic goals, roles, and responsibilities.
  •          Conduct capability and maturity assessments as part of yearly plans, gathering data and submitting periodic reports to support EA roadmap decisions, monitor continuous improvement, and ensure compliance.
  •          Research technology trends and evaluate opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions  into RTA’s enterprise architecture frameworks.
  •          Act as the first point of contact for clarifying project scopes, issues, and challenges, preparing related progress and alignment reports.
  •          Review solution artifacts against EA principles, policies, and reference architectures and  document alignment findings.
  •          Support managing business requirements practices for systems by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure strategic fit.
  •          Conduct feasibility reviews of technology project requests and assess proposed solutions against architecture principles.
  •         Maintain the Enterprise Architecture Repository and ensure updates to reference models, standards, and roadmaps are properly documented.
  •          Strictly follow RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and data-sharing guidelines, reporting incidents promptly and participating in all required training and awareness programs.
  •         Identify and escalate non-compliance or architecture deviation risks to senior architects for governance actions.
  •          Evaluate the quality of EA documents and processes, providing feedback to improve  compliance with approved policies and controls.
  •          Prepare technical presentations and knowledge-sharing materials to promote understanding of enterprise architecture processes.
  •          Support CART by preparing impact assessments, alignment summaries, and compliance checklists for design submissions.

Education:Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in engineering or information system.


Experience: 


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture, System Analysis, or Technology Governance


  • Experience working within government or large-scale organizations is a strong advantage
