Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer/Senior sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial laundry equipment. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, possess a valid UAE driving license, and have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial laundries, Industrial laundries and shop laundries


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial laundries, Industrial laundries and shop laundries
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads, inquiries, and tenders.
  • Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and propose suitable equipment and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the technical and installation team to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts as per company guidelines.
  • Represent the company in the customer meetings.


Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate preferably with Engineering background
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of commercial or industrial equipment (laundry equipment experience is a strong advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of commercial laundry operations and equipment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus).


  • Demonstrated aptitude in dissecting client dilemmas, engineering resourceful solutions, and harmonizing them with product potentials to yield tailored problem-solving strategies.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing persuasive narratives, delivered through impactful presentations, captivating demonstrations, and compelling technical proposals emphasizing product value.
