Duties:
Provide support and guidance to the site teams to facilitate delivery of overall construction, logistics, enabling works, through to interior/finishing and MEP activities to contractual technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements.
Interface with the Client, Construction Supervisors and the Controls and Commercial Teams to ensure consistent reporting of a level that allows timely decisions to be made.
Ensure the availability and implementation of an effective operations strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices.
Interface with the Engineering Team to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided to the site teams to facilitate resolution of design solutions that promote constructability and value engineering.
Review the performance of the site teams and the sub contractors and take appropriate action where improvements are required.
Requirements:
Min 15 years post graduate experience.
BSc in related subject.
Significant construction experience in a Lead SPM role during the set up and execution of Large Complex Building projects working for International Main Contractors.
Previous Middle East/UAE experience preferred however open to individuals currently not based in the Region but genuinely interested to return.
Experience of leading projects in excess of circa 800 Million aed within the Hotel/High Rise sector.
Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
