Senior Planning Engineer - MEP

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is seeking detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer with expertise in MEP systems to oversee and coordinate planning activities at our MEP projects across UAE.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for MEP elements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient planning and scheduling of MEP activities.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of MEP installations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the status of MEP work and address any planning issues that may arise.
- Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on the status of MEP planning activities and highlight any deviations from the original plan.
Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 
- Proven experience working as a Planning Engineer with a focus on MEP systems in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification in project management is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems 
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Experience in cost estimation and budget management for MEP projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Ability to oversee and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to optimize project timelines and resources
