Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules for instrumentation scope.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations, delays, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule impact assessment.
• Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans in case of project delays.
• Monitor and report project KPIs, progress measurement, and productivity analysis.
• Support project management in resource planning and manpower forecasting.
• Review contractor and subcontractor schedules, progress reports, and planning documents.
• Participate in project progress meetings and coordination meetings with clients.
• Ensure planning activities comply with project planning procedures and ADNOC/client standards.
• Assist in tender planning, schedule preparation, and project baseline development.
• Track procurement activities, material delivery, and vendor schedules related to instrumentation works.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 4-week) for site execution teams.
• Coordinate with cost control team for schedule and cost integration.
• Maintain proper planning documentation, reports, and project records.



Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering; Primavera P6 certification preferred.


Experience: 5-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within Oil & Gas EPC projects with strong instrumentation exposure; ADNOC project experience preferred.
Skills: Primavera P6 planning, project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, reporting, strong coordination and communication skills.
