Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications , focusing on real-time interaction management.
Architect and deliver solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) .

Apply best practices in Pega application design, case management, and system integration .

Required Skills & Qualifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory Strong hands-on experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development , including 2+ years as LSA Solid understanding of Pega application architecture, design patterns, and case management Experience in real-time interaction management frameworks Strong knowledge of integration capabilities (APIs, services, messaging systems) Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Experience with Node.
