Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and processes related to collections and artifacts, including storage, classification, and display methods.


Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and operational plan for the exhibition and collections. Supervise the documentation of all museum collections and artifacts, including those at heritage sites and archaeological sites, whether manually, digitally, or through digital photography, and update the relevant database according to best practices and standards.


Take all necessary measures for the preservation, storage, and handling of collections and artifacts.


Conduct periodic inventories and catalogs of collections and artifacts. Conduct research to update museum and archaeological collections and artifacts, including works of art, for inclusion in the collections. Presenting creative ideas, initiatives, and modern methods that help display collections and holdings according to the best international standards and practices.

Coordinating with the relevant department to develop exhibition programs and events aimed at raising awareness of the collections and holdings.
