About the Role:



As a Senior Marketing & communications Specialist at MoonTech, you will own MoonTech’s narrative and how it is understood across the market. You will translate strategy into clear messaging, structured communication systems, and a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. You will ensure MoonTech is clearly positioned for brands, investors, creators, and the broader market, supporting both growth and fundraising.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing (Positioning & Strategy:



    • Own MoonTech’s positioning, USP, and messaging architecture across all audiences



    • Define clear B2B and B2C narratives (brands, creators, market)



    • Lead market and competitor analysis to continuously refine positioning



    • Translate business priorities into clear messaging strategy



    • Own all core marketing outputs: Website messaging, Sales and investor decks, and Event and campaign materials.



    • Define and drive activation calendar aligned with growth and key milestones



    Communications (Execution & Brand Control:



    • Own end-to-end communication strategy and execution across all channels



    • Build and manage a structured content and communications calendar



    • Ensure one consistent narrative across all touchpoints



    • Develop and maintain: Messaging frameworks, FAQs and objection handling, and Internal communication guidelines



    • Lead creative direction and execution with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams



    • Own brand consistency and quality control across all outputs



    • Drive PR and media readiness: Founder media prep, Interview messaging, and External communication alignment



    Investor Relations & GTM:



    • Own investor narrative and messaging consistency



    • Prepare founders for: Fundraising, Investor meetings, and Public and media appearances



    • Build structured talking points and Q&A frameworks



    • Define and manage founder communication strategy (who speaks, when, what)



    • Own GTM messaging alignment across product, marketing, and business teams



    • Ensure clear, repeatable narratives across launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives



Qualifications:



  • 8–10 years in marketing, communications, or product marketing, ideally in tech/startups



  • Proven experience owning positioning and messaging at company level



  • Strong ability to turn complex products into simple, clear narratives



  • Experience working directly with founders and senior stakeholders



  • Strong track record in: Brand and messaging strategy, Content and communication leadership, and Cross-functional alignment



  • Experience managing: Agencies, Freelancers, and Creative production



  • Strong execution mindset with high attention to detail and speed



  • Exposure to investor communication, PR, and GTM strategy



  • Arabic is a must

  • Execute marketing strategies that position the product strongly and deliver measurable impact.

  • Plan and manage events strategically, ensuring purposeful participation and representation of the company.



  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging and regional relevance.
