Senior Manager-Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year IA Transformation Roadmap aligned with the department's risk appetite and the Group's broader digital strategy.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise AI/RPA use cases across the IA lifecycle — risk assessment, audit planning, fieldwork, testing, reporting and follow-up.
• Define success metrics (KPIs / OKRs) and maintain dashboards for transformation initiatives, including effort reduction, cycle-time compression, cost savings and quality improvement.
• Establish and enforce an AI Governance Framework covering model risk, data privacy, auditability, explainability and compliance with UAE AI regulations.
• Coordinate with Group IT, Cybersecurity and Data & Analytics teams to ensure solutions are architecturally sound, secure and scalable.
• Act as internal champion for transformation, managing stakeholder engagement and resistance at all levels of the IA function.
• Manage relationships with AI/RPA software vendors, system integrators and consultants — including contract negotiations, SLA oversight and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, transformation, internal audit or a combination thereof.
• Minimum 5 years in an AI/RPA implementation 
• Proven track record of delivering AI or RPA solutions in a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or equivalent).
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (Python, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar).
• Strong data analytics capability — proficiency in SQL, Python or R; experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Demonstrable experience managing the full project lifecycle, from business case through to post-implementation review.
