Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Interior Designer (Site Supervision) to join our PMCM Division based in Dubai,UAE. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in site supervision and execution for a prestigious high-rise tower project in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in managing and supervising high-end interior fit-out works, including super luxury residential spaces, penthouses, marble installations, and bespoke joinery works.


We envisage success in this role to include;


  • Supervise and manage all interior design and fit-out activities on site for the high-rise tower project.
  • Coordinate directly with the Client Interior Design team, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Review and monitor execution drawings, material submissions, shop drawings, mock-ups, and site installations.
  • Ensure all interior works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and quality requirements.
  • Lead supervision of:
    • Marble and stone works
    • Bespoke joinery installations
    • Luxury and super luxury interior fit-out works
    • Penthouse interior works
    • High-end finishes and detailing
  • Conduct regular site inspections and proactively identify execution issues, proposing practical and technically sound solutions.
  • Monitor workmanship quality, material standards, and progress of interior works.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, MEP, structural, and façade teams to ensure seamless integration of interior works.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, snagging reports, progress updates, and technical correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health and safety standards, and project procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 12 years work experience in a similar role in UAE partnered with Bachelor Degree in Interior Design OR Architecture.
